The laminar flow cabinet is a kind of auxiliary equipment for clean rooms. It is mainly used for transferring small items between the clean area and the non-clean area, or between clean rooms of different grades and pressures. On the one hand, it acts as an air lock to prevent the high pressure in the high-level clean room from being depressurized. On the other hand, it achieves self-purification during the transfer process to ensure the cleanliness of the items entering the clean area and reduce cross-contamination caused by the items. Its blowing time can be adjusted arbitrarily through a manual switch to maximize self-purification and energy-saving effects.

※Basic Performance Requirements

1. Cleanliness requirement inside laminar flow cabinet: Class B.

2. Double-layer inner and outer walls, with rounded internal corners to ensure seamless connection.

3. Adopt laminar flow design. Upper-supply and lower-return for air flow direction. Bottom designed with 304 stainless steel perforations and equipped with reinforcing ribs.

4. Filters: coarse filter G4,fine-efficiency filter H14.

5. Air velocity: air velocity after passing through the fine-efficiency filter is controlled at 0.38 - 0.57m/s (tested 150mm below the high-efficiency air-supply diffuser plate).

6. Differential pressure function: display the filter differential pressure (fine-efficiency 0-500Pa/ coarse 0-250Pa), with an accuracy of ±5Pa.

7. Control function: fan start/stop button, equipped with an internal electronic door lock; ultraviolet lamps are installed with a separate switch.

8.Fine-efficiency filter can be disassembled and installed separately from the upper box body, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

9. Noise: <65dB during normal operation.

10. High-efficiency air-supply diffuser plate: Made of 304 stainless steel perforated plate.
