Negative Pressure Weighing Booth
This equipment is assembled from several major components: the work area, return air box, fan box, air-outlet box, and outer box. The control panel is located on the front of the work area inside the equipment. It is a touch-type LED control panel, which can be used to control the startup and shutdown of the fan, adjust the fan's operation, and set the airspeed required in the work area. Next to it is a differential pressure gauge for testing the resistance of the filter. Inside the air-supply box, there is also an exhaust air adjustment plate, which can regulate the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.
This equipment adopts a vertical unidirectional-flow gas pattern. The return air first passes through a coarse filter for pre-filtration, removing large-particle dust particles from the gas flow. The pre-treated air then undergoes a second-stage filtration through a medium-efficiency filter to fully protect the fine-efficiency filter.
Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the air passes through the fine-efficiency filter to meet cleanliness requirements. The clean air flow is sent to the air-supply box. 90% of it passes through the uniform-flow air-supply panel to form a uniform vertical air-supply flow, while 10% passes through the air volume adjustment plate and is discharged from the equipment. All air flows are treated by the fine-efficiency filter, so both the supply air and the exhaust air are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution.
Since a stable unidirectional flow is formed in the work area, the dust dispersed in this area will, under the influence of the unidirectional air flow, be captured by the coarse and medium-efficiency filters along with the air flow.
The equipment has a 10% exhaust air volume, creating a negative pressure relative to the external environment. This, to a certain extent, ensures that the dust in this area will not diffuse to the outside, protecting the external environment.
