※Product Features
1. The filter uses yellow wood pulp paper as the filtering substrate, which can achieve better filtering effect on large particles of dust in the air;
2. After the filter substrate is folded by the machine, it is heated and shaped before being assembled into the filter cover. Special processes are used to ensure the same spacing between the pleats, ensuring optimal airflow and achieving high dust holding capacity, fully utilizing the entire depth of the filter material;
3. Galvanized diamond shaped mesh is used inside and outside the filter to protect the filter material from the influence of air volume and pressure during use, avoiding deformation and damage to the filter material;
4. The filter cover is made of galvanized or electrolytic plate, which is stamped and formed by a mold;
5. The adhesion between the filter cover, filter material, and protective net is sealed with epoxy resin adhesive, fully ensuring the overall sealing and strength of the filter;
6. The top of the air inlet of the filter is sealed with a sealing rubber ring to prevent the leakage of air flow and ensure the overall filtering performance;
7. This product can be customized according to customer requirements.
