1. Filter element with multiple effects to realize better filtration efficiency to air dust,noxious gas and bacteria;
2. Folded and adhesive injected PP filter paper,glass fiber or composite PP filter paper applied for air dust filtration layer,which reduces the cost.Thermoplastic separating adhesive to ensure smooth pleat spacing,optimal airflow,and large dust capacity,as the whole depth of filter element is fully used.
3. PP cellular structure,paper cellular structure or aluminum cellular structure filled into the active carbon layer,inside those structures are coconut shell charcoal,bamboo charcoal,coal quality charcoal.Both sides sealed by black grid cloth,which dramatically reduces resistance to the filter,so that noxious gas can be fully absorbed by the active carbon,eventually make it possible to meet national emission standard;
4.Lysozyme, photocatalyst, cold catalyst, nano-silver and other compounds coated on the filter substrate,formed as the sterilization layer, for effective sterilization.
5.Optional paper frame,aluminum profile frame,zinc-coated frame and SS frame;
